All orders are subject to acceptance by nanoFIBER®. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. Custom orders may require a deposit and may not be eligible for return or refund. Lead times vary based on product availability and customization requirements.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. nanoFIBER® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Warranties

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable. nanoFIBER® provides product warranties in accordance with the specifications provided at the time of sale. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the nanoFIBER® and nanoEBP® trademarks, are the property of nanoFIBER® and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
